'Focused Life' Coaching
Want to do what matters most in life? Need someone to ‘run alongside’ you as you navigate life, to hold you accountable and encourage you as you embark on a journey of change?
I will be your coach and accountability partner over an initial 6 month period, helping you to put the habits and rhythms in place to embed sustainable change in your life and encouraging you along the way. It will feel as though I am running alongside you on your journey.
Includes:
A Totally Bespoke and Tailored Approach around your needs and requirements in order to help you be more fruitful.
A spine of 6-8 60 minute coaching calls (via Zoom) over the period, to review progress, gain clarity and agree your next steps for the week(s) ahead.
Access to your own Dedicated Space for session recordings, development plans etc
Regular ‘Check Ins’ at agreed milestones to ensure you remain on track.
Priority Email & Whats App Support, to catch up, help you overcome barriers or just to chat.
Priority Access to all the latest resources I am producing (videos/courses), during our time together.
Access to ‘Pep Talk’ Newsletter
Access to ‘Quick Questions’ Whats App Group that helps all my coaching clients.
Complete Confidentiality, high encouragement environment.
