How to be more productive - Sleep

For many, sleep can seem ‘the enemy’, the thing that gets in the way of being productive and getting things done. If only I did not need to sleep I could achieve so much.⠀ ⠀

For me, I have found the opposite. Sleep over recent years has become the priority, too replenish and help me to be more fruitful. It is the kind of thing you have to have ‘faith’ in, if I trade an hour of ‘doing’ for an hour’s sleep will that make me more fruitful over the other time? The answer put simply is YES!⠀ ⠀

Why Not ? For the next week, make sleep the most important thing, make it the priority. You will begin to see the results. ⠀
